Parents & Tots
Age: 12 months- 3 years
For ages 1 to 3, fun and exploration fill the structured hour. One parent stays with the gymnast for comfort. Basic stretches, and body positions have fun terminology. Tots are so animated on the trampoline and all of the other apparatus.
Age: 3 (Must be 3 by the first class)
This class is for 3 year olds. The Pre-Schoolers program is short and sweet, for the short and sweet. This class is structured and tailored for the ‘mature’ 3 year old. Kids will continue to progress at their own pace. Parents are asked to stay in the viewing area and out of sight to avoid distractions.
Gymnasts take instruction from their coach for the full hour. Basic gymnastics is introduced, and gymnasts learn how to work with a coach and team-mates.
Used as a stepping stone from recreational to the pre-competitive level. Adv. Pre-Kinder is a 1.5 hour class, and it gives a little more challenge to 4 and 5 year olds that love to test their abilities.
For ages 6 & 7. Gymnasts start learning some new and cool gymnastics skills. Even beginners at this age can start to learn some skills that are going to work on strength and/or flexibility. We see a lot of ‘goal setting’ starting to develop during the session

For ages 8 to 10. At this age, there are beginners, and gymnasts with experience. We accept all! There are a million and one great progressions taught during the session that lead to cool gymnastics skills. A child in this age group may choose to participate in a two hour program.
For ages 11 & 12. Pre-Teens enjoy being with their peers, while giving them the opportunity to challenge themselves and each other in a fun-filled environment. Beginners as well as experienced youth get a great workout, while setting goals and gaining confidence.
For ages 13 to 17. Grouping teens together is a great way to have some fun and excitement in the gym.
First timers see that you can always learn something new, and experienced gymnasts can continue to challenge themselves in so many different ways in the gym. We can also provide high school teams with a place to train together. It’s wonderful to see ’soon to be’ adults staying fit, and having fun.
Kids have the opportunity to train in one of two pre-competitive groups. If your child is showing interest in taking her training to the next level, our pre-comp group is perfect for you. Our pre-comp and comp coaches are always in "recruit" mode! Speak with one of our knowledgeable JG coaches for information on Gym Bunnies or Pink Panthers...our competitive coaches are always in "recruit" mode.
Trampoline lessons are offered at the recreational level. Athletes should start with either 1 or 2 hours per week. If a passion for trampoline is developed, an increase in training hours may be necessary. What better way to stay in shape?!
The Adv. Trampoline class is for those who love trampoline, and are developing quickly in the 1 hour class. This class is twice a week for 1.5 hours.
Jungle Gym’s Parkour classes have been very popular among boys between the ages of 6 and 17 and adult classes (but not exclusive to this demographic) Parkour is known to be a ‘free running’ activity and / or an ‘inner city acro’. Your child will literally learn how to run up walls and flip off of them.
